Bridging Data to NetSuite

Chetu developed a custom SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) package that extracted field data from various databases. We created a scheduler for the SSIS package to run on-demand and in real-time to extract field data and load it into the centralized bridge database.

Subsequently, we used SuiteTalk APIs in NetSuite to pull and map data from the bridge database and display it on the UI for reporting & dashboards.

Additionally, Chetu had to account for legacy data and invoicing systems. To accomplish this, a console application was created to map the updated NetSuite records back to the SQL database.

The console analyzes and tracks the ETL execution and flags updated records. Users receive an email notification for duplicate or invalid invoices and data.

Spitfire Integration

Chetu created a custom web application to integrate data with SpitFire dialer, a third-party call management system. This application retrieves clients and leads from the SQL database via a search functionality with advanced filtering.

The custom functionality allows Napoli to get the history of previously run campaigns, update single or multiple disposition(s) in the notes field, and annotate outcomes. All data is simultaneously tracked and updated in the local database.

Mailchimp Integration

Napoli wanted to integrate email functionality. Chetu utilized the Mailchimp API to manage campaigns and lists and manipulate client information in Napoli’s database. Chetu created the email templates that will be used for communication and functionality to search clients from the database based on events and statuses to generate a contact list. Responses from each recipient were updated as an event in Napoli’s database.

Complete Enhancement and Automation

Napoli Shkolnik PLLC received an inclusive database mechanism that seamlessly pulls data from each field-specific database to a centralized one that is accessible through NetSuite ERP.
